I really couldn’t see how I would achieve the growth I wanted to achieve being as hands-on as I was. I felt like I had to be involved in every single thing—and I was stuck. Even from the very first conversation, my thinking started to shift. I began to realize there were entirely different ways to structure the business. Since then, I’ve been ‘radically delegating’—letting go of things I used to feel I had to control—and it’s working. On a personal level, I feel more clear, energized, and resilient. My mornings are completely different, and that alone has changed how I show up every day. Now, I can actually see how this business scales—and how it can work without everything depending on me.
